I am an Australian-registered Counsellor and Clinical Psychotherapist (PACFA), as well as a licensed psychologist in Mexico. I specialise in trauma, attachment, and nervous system healing, supporting adults and couples to create lasting change. My work integrates Compassionate Inquiry®, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing®, Gestalt Therapy, Couples Therapy, and Family Constellations. I believe the body holds important information about our experiences, and by working with both the mind and the body, we can safely process trauma, developmental wounds, and relationship patterns. I also believe that much of our emotional suffering stems from becoming disconnected from our authentic selves, often as a result of childhood experiences, relational wounds, or intergenerational trauma. Healing begins when we create a safe space to reconnect with those lost parts of ourselves with curiosity, compassion, and understanding. In our work together, I will support you in exploring the underlying causes of your struggles with empathy, respect, and genuine care. Rather than simply focusing on symptoms, we'll gently explore the thoughts, emotions, body sensations, and memories that may be shaping your current patterns. As these unconscious dynamics become clearer, new possibilities for healing and lasting change can emerge. Therapy is a collaborative process. You bring your unique experiences, and I bring my training, curiosity, and compassionate guidance. Through thoughtful questions and careful reflection, I'll help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, recognise patterns that may no longer serve you, and develop a stronger, more authentic connection with who you truly are.
